If you have a retail store this is going to rock your world. There may be other options out there but none that combine your online and physical location so seamlessly. I dont use the swipe feature because of our debit terminal but the rates are fair. If $49 a month seems like a lot to you then this product isnt for you. If your on a Shopify plan tat has transaction fees then this likely isnt for you. Compared to buggy integrations like Vend the price is a bargain. Simple,clean and idiot proof so anyone can use. One note for shopify online owners is that it puts your items variant title on the POS receipt for some reason. Hopefully they release an update to turn that off so it doesnt say "default" under each item on the receipt. It sets up in 2 minutes. It doesnt download products it just links into your site from what I can tell. This makes it run really fast and on any ipad instantly. Go get it!

Ive been working on a different system for almost a year, and with it being on a pc, weve suffered crashes, system update interference, and system tools such as the scanner or keyboard not working and having to reboot when weve had a lineup of customers. Shopify POS has changed all of this. We started working with it, and it was sooo easy to use, that we thought we must be missing something! There are a few things Id like to see that we did have on our old system, but I love this sooo much that Im willing to wait to see if they will be implemented. I also need to mention the lack of clutter on our counter! No more big clunky computer on the cashdrawer! LOVE!!!

Quick and easy set up and sync right to my online. Plus the support is great. When I was on hold it was even Chrono Trigger music

Really awesome to be able to use this when I go to fairs and trade shows for free! It helps to keep all of my reporting one place, too.

I do a lot of sales in person, and this app has been awesome. It has fixed a lot of problems I had with the old Shopify admin app and has made the experience excellent.

This app is very easy to use and convenient. Makes inventory management a breeze. Only thing I would like to see on it is a barcode reader, this will reduce wait time for customers as it takes a little wait while To look for the product and correct variants. Hopefully on the next update (unless its already on it and I cant seem to find it?)

I had some kind of glitch upgrading to iOS 9 on my iPad but I deleted the app and reinstalled it and all is good. Ive been using Shopify all year and this app handles all my in-store sales.

I had my headphones plugged in when I going through the sign up process. Suddenly the app blasted the most horrible, ear shredding sound Ive ever heard. What the heck just happened?

Great product! Always improving, the perfect POS for my business.

We have been using this in beta for a few months. We run a website on Shopify and a brick & mortar store. Shopify POS uses the same database of inventory and customers. If we sell an item in the store, its reduced from our inventory on the website. Getting started is really simple. Just enter your Shopify login info and your POS is pretty much good to go. The interface is as easy and beautiful as you would expect from Shopify. For shoppers this is like what they do at the Apple store. You swipe the customers credit card on the iPad and can email the receipt. The store sales people can get out into the store and work with the customers. You arent chained behind a cash register. (It works with cash drawers and a receipt printer too). I do hope that POS will work with the bevy of Shopify apps in the future. For 1.0 this is really great.

Is too basic. Doesnt work out of mac (pc) the add tax feature didnt work for me

This app works excellent. Im able to add customer information as well as applying discounts or custom money orders. All around does a wonderful job.

I would give it one star but it does function so two stars! You have to endlessly scroll through all of your products to find the one youre ringing up! While your customers are standing around getting madder by the minute! Way to basic for anything other than maybe a contractor or craft show person!

The app works great Ive no big complaints other then the huge monthly fee of $49. Ive only have one user and use the pos feature about 1-2 times a month. Hardly worth the cost.

At end of the day the sales showed is incorrect it is supposed to be the net sales otherwise will be a false report Need to be fixed please

So happy we can finally integrate our inventory with this easy to pos system!!!

App is getting better but defiantly needs the tipping function similar to square to be a true replacement. Without this we still cannot use shopify. We will modify this review as soon as we see a update with tipping feature.
